At Running Lab, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your stride. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our lab team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
